Inspection Services - Fees When comparing prices, please remember that Accutech Home Inspections includes performing an Infrared Thermography scan with every inspection. When applicable, the Acoustic Termite Detection scan is also performed. The inspection fees can vary slightly depending on the size and age of the house. This includes setup of the Radon Continuous Monitoring Tester for a 48 hour test period. You will receive a computerized report detailing an hour-by-hour test, with cumulative results later the evening after the test unit is picked up. Don't pay big bucks for a canister tester that has to be sent away to a lab and only gives you an overall number.
